EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Mr. Campbell has 25+ years’ experience in deal origination, strategic business development, market expansion, and risk mitigation for U.S. natural resources, energy, and infrastructure firms entering African markets. He is the Executive Chairman of LVC Global Holdings Ltd, a Distinguished Fellow with the Global Federation of Competitiveness Councils, a former Principal Member of U.S. EXIM Bank’s Sub-Saharan Africa Advisory Committee, and a former Advisory Board Member of the African Energy Chamber. Mr. Campbell is a retired Colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, serving with distinction in Iraq, Afghanistan, and South Sudan. He has held Executive Board positions with both private and publicly traded corporations.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Sekandi has 18+ years’ experience working at London-based professional services firms including KPMG, where he advised U.S. and global clients on risk mitigation and due diligence in African markets. As a mining executive, Mr. Sekandi has participated in a range of transactions including acquisitions, equity & debt, royalty & streaming financing, reverse takeovers, joint ventures, and SPACs. He was a Management Executive (Risk & Compliance) at a mining investment company listed on the London Stock Exchange. He is also a shareholder of a privately owned graphite exploration project in Namibia, where he began his career as a lawyer.

TECHNICAL LEAD

Mr. Kasirye is a professionally registered geoscientist with over a decade of experience at all stages of mining, and financial exposure. He has worked in various roles covering resource estimation, exploration, mine geology, commodity research, and equity research at leading global firms including Glencore, Appian Capital Advisory, and Exxaro Resources. Mr. Kasirye is the Managing Director of SoloCore Solutions, a boutique consulting firm specializing in geology,  mining due diligence, and investment advisory. He holds Master of Science (MSc) degrees in Metal and Energy Finance ( Imperial College London) and Mineral Resource Management (University of Free State), a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Honours) degree in Geology from University of the Witwatersrand, and a BSc degree in Geology & Computer Science from University of Namibia.

Mr. Mills is a seasoned leader in investment and consulting, specializing in partnerships within emerging markets for both government and private sector clients. With over 25 years of experience, he has successfully executed numerous corporate transactions, generating substantial returns on investment. Mr. Mill's expertise spans market entry strategies, due diligence, and capital raising, alongside a strong track record in nurturing high-level relationships. He currently serves as Lead Independent Director at Stanbic Investment Management Services Ghana Limited, Chairman of Ashburn Consulting LLC and a Director of two education-focused foundations. Mr. Mills holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Georgetown University.

As the Managing Principal of AcquisitionIQ, Ms. Garcia-Durr delivers innovative, compliance-driven solutions to government and private sector clients.
